HERENTALS - Art Center Hugo Voeten announces Tramaine de Senna, a solo exhibition that runs from August 28 to October 31, 2015.
The Californian artist Tramaine de Senna is interested in the socio-political value of art. She sees work as a full measure of valuation. All her works are therefore made by intensive, manual production processes. In addition to older work, this exhibition will focus on her most recent work.
Tramaine de Senna (° 1981, San Francisco, California) currently lives and works in Ghent, where she participates in an artist in residency program at the HISK (Higher Institute of Fine Arts).
The exhibition at the Art Center at De Vennen 23 in Herentals is open from Monday to Saturday from 1.30 pm to 5 pm. A ticket costs 5 EUR or 3 EUR (-21-, +65, students / teachers) and also gives access to the exhibition "Insight # 1: Face to faces".
